Delete My Account

At Mayz, you are in control of your data. You can request deletion of your Mayz account and all associated personal data at any time — just send us an email and we’ll take care of it for you.

How to delete your account

To delete your account, email us at contact@mayz.info from the email address linked to your Mayz account, with the subject line “Delete My Account”. To protect your account, we may ask you to verify your identity before we process the request.

That’s the only step — once we receive and verify your request, we take care of removing your account and data.

What data is deleted

When your account is deleted, we permanently remove or anonymise the personal data associated with it, including:

• Your profile information (name, email, phone number, photo, bio);
• Your listings, requests, and messages;
• Your location data and preferences;
• Ratings and reviews you have submitted (these may be anonymised where removal would affect other users’ records).

What we may retain

We may retain a limited amount of information where required to:

• Comply with legal, tax, or accounting obligations;
• Resolve disputes or enforce our agreements;
• Prevent fraud and abuse.

Any retained data is kept only for as long as necessary and is then securely deleted.

How long it takes

Account deletion requests are processed within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation by email once your account and eligible data have been deleted.
